Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
With Robyn Cee is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

With Robyn Cee uses Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
USA ORDERS
With Robyn Cee uses Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us at scrunchieswithrobyncee@gmail.com to discuss further on how we may address your concern.
RETURNS
