How do I place an order?
You simply scroll through the website & add products to your cart. When you are finished you can go to the check out and follow the simple steps to checking out and getting the shipping set up for your WRC goodies. We will ship your package in 1-5 business days. Can I update my order?
As our team works extremely hard to get your order shipped as soon as possible, it may not be possible to update your order. I do encourage you to email us with your order # and information so we can get it figure out for you ASAP before being shipped.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my items?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at scrunchieswithrobycee@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
Where are you located?
I am located in West Galt Cambridge. You do have the option of doing pick up if this is in your area.
Can I carry your product in my store or salon?
